Hi, I’m Melissa Dorr and I created Life Cycles to empower women to thrive during every cycle of life, including adolescence, preconception, pregnancy, early motherhood, menopause and beyond. My classes and services are a culmination of nearly 20 years of working with women at various stages of their cycle, through my work as a midwife, naturopath and yoga instructor.

Life Cycles is all about practical advice, personal experiences and common sense. I’m here to listen to your story and guide you on your wellness journey.

I’ve practically spent my entire life helping women understand their cycles to improve their health. My work as a midwife, naturopath and yoga instructor has taught me so much, but being a woman has taught me even more. I know how tough it can be to manage our cycles, but I also know that there’s something beautiful in every phase of life if we embrace it properly. 

Knowing that each of us are unique, I work with you to identify strategies and practical solutions that will best support you, wherever you are on your life’s journey. This helps you feel confident that you are making informed decisions that have the best possible outcomes for your health.
