My postnatal yoga classes are a beautiful way to reconnect with your body and rebuild your strength during the early months of motherhood. They are a great opportunity for you to get out of the house with your baby right by your side.

My mum and baby yoga classes help you strengthen your core muscles, improve balance and increase flexibility through exercises using movement and breathing techniques that enable you to slow down your life and focus on reconnecting with yourself – as well as your baby. It’s also a great environment to meet new friends. 

My safe environment is suitable for any fitness level and no experience is required – just a yoga mat and a baby!

Within each class, you’ll be guided by me, Melissa, your friendly yoga instructor who will ensure that you and your baby are comfortable, safe, and happy throughout the duration of the class.

I’m a fully qualified yoga instructor who completed 200 hours of yoga teacher training through Noah Maze in Los Angeles, California. Additionally, I hold a Postnatal Yoga Certification from Bliss Baby in Australia.
