Hi, I’m Melissa and I created Life Cycles to empower women to thrive during every cycle of life, including adolescence, preconception, pregnancy, early motherhood, menopause and beyond. My classes and services are a culmination of nearly 20 years of working with women at various stages of their cycle, through my work as a midwife, naturopath and yoga instructor.
